The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees campaign development across multiple channels, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and uses data and performance insights to refine marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager ensures brand consistency, maximizes ROI, and supports business objectives through strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Strong strategic planning and project management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, PPC platforms).
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. PREFERRED
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience (retail or online focus a plus). PREFERRED

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, email, social media, content).
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align goals.
• Track performance metrics and report ROI to stakeholders.
• Oversee branding and go-to-market strategies.
