The Team Lead is responsible for guiding, supporting, and developing team members to achieve both individual and organizational goals. This role focuses on people leadership by fostering a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring alignment, productivity, and collaboration across teams. The Team Lead acts as a bridge between staff and leadership, promoting transparency, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or project coordination role.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams or workstreams.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Basic analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Planning: Basic project planning and time-management capabilities.
• Tools: Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams); basic data literacy.
• Customer/Stakeholder focus: Customer-service mindset with ability to manage expectations.
• Compliance: Understanding of relevant policies and basic regulatory requirements
