Airtable Specialist - Sales Operations

As our Airtable Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our sales data infrastructure. You'll work closely with the sales team to develop custom solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and reporting capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Airtable power user, including advanced formula creation
• Strong understanding of Airtable's capabilities including automations, scripting, and API integration
• Experience with custom field types, linked records, and relational database concepts
• Ability to create and maintain complex views, filters, and grouped records
• Understanding of sales operations and relevant business processes
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and process-oriented mindset
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Has implemented complex Airtable solutions for sales teams
• Experience with Airtable scripting or API integrations
• Understanding of fashion industry sales cycles and terminology
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• 2 years experienced in Airtable - MUST HAVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize existing Airtable bases for sales tracking, customer management, and order processing
• Create automated workflows to streamline sales processes and reduce manual data entry
• Develop custom views, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for the sales team
• Design and implement forms for efficient data collection and entry
• Establish data integrity protocols and ensure database accuracy
• Train sales team members on Airtable functionality and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Airtable with other business systems
• Document processes and create user guides for sales team reference
