Job Requirements:

• Proven experience building AI agents, GPT workflows, or automations in a business context
• Strong coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to identify business inefficiencies and translate them into practical AI solutions
• A builder's mindset: curious, self-directed, and eager to prototype quickly
• Bonus: Familiarity with fashion, ecommerce, ERP systems, or SQL databases

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and build custom AI agents and workflows that automate business processes (e.g., data entry, order creation, reporting)
• Integrate third-party LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with internal tools like Airtable, SQL, Google Sheets, and Slack
• Develop user-facing tools and dashboards to enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and build MVPs
• Maintain and improve internal AI tools, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend practical applications for the business
